– Remaining reachable during monitoring
– Sharing correct emergency contact information

– third-party actions (e.g. transport operators)
– network or communication failures

5. Service Availability
Monitoring is provided based on operational capacity and communication availability.

6. Payment
All fees are non-refundable once monitoring has commenced.
